Educational Qualification:
STAFF NURSE (a) Pass in PUC or equivalent
b) Registered “A” Grade Nurse under any State Nursing Council OR
B.Sc Nursing with Registration under any State Nursing Council. )
JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology or BMLT OR Two years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)
LOWER DIVISION CLERK (a) Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
b) Six Months Computer Course from a recognized Institution.)

Age Limit :
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC and 10
years for the Person with disability. The upper age limit shall be determined as on the last
date of registration of application as specified above.
Last date for filling online application form is before 4.30 PM of 06.02.2015.
