ISL-2014:GOA GET THEIR FIRST WIN

ISL 2014 Goa First Win

DELHI fail to maintain their  winning streak as the FC GOA register their first win in the inaugural ISL. Delhi were on the move from the time the game started and they had the first goal of the match scored by JUNKER. But Goa had many chances which they failed to capitalise on in the first half.

Goa replied in an emphatic fashion by stunning the favourites with a narrow goal difference of  (2-1). Goa were always on the charge but they needed one right pass to convert into a Goal. Goa always had the momentum but it was loss of ball at crucial moments. Goa had all the players on forward who comprised of Indians like Narayan Das and many others.

Delhi could not make use  of the good start that was given to them by a good combinational goal. Delhi kept on losing the ball in the second quarter quite easily and  that led to the disappointment of the visitors.
