Educational Qualification:
Officers under the Central or State Govt. including the area of railways, etc:
- Maintain similar positions or equivalent on a regular basis as part of parent or service; or
- With 05 years of experience of the regular service in the pay band (PB – 3) Rs 15,600 – Rs 39,100 / – in addition to the salary grade of Rs 6600 / – or equivalent…; and
- Possess Degree in law or equivalent of the Institution recognized University or an appropriate work experience of 10 years in the judicial function of the State or in legal matters. or
- Owning Master of Law with 10 years of relevant experience.

Age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of the request.
pay scale:
Pay Band (PB – 3) and the salary range is Rs 15600 / -. To Rs 39100 / -. PLUS GRADE salary of Rs 7600 / -. Per month.
Selection Procedure:
Shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the written test / Test Trade Test / Practice / Skills / Personal interview, which could be done by the administration.
