Eligibility Criteria:

Sr. Doctor (ophthalmology)

MBBS + DEA in ophthalmology. OR

MBBS + Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology with 1 year experience OR

MBBS with 2 years experience

Sr. Medical officer (physician)

MBBS + Post Graduate Degree in Medicine OR

MBBS + Post Graduate Diploma with 1 year experience OR

MBBS + 2 years experience

Security Officer-
